In all honesty, the arcade ports make up for all the mistakes with that game because of the variety and value of the arcade ports.Īrcade games have always had that sense of cheese to them, so I do not understand why reviewers are giving it such a hard time. The FPS game could be better as the movement feels clunky and awkward. There are absolutely no slips in the controls unless you put the controller down and run to do something, in which you will need to re-calibrate because it will read its position wrong and calibration will be slightly off. I had a blast gunning through the arcade modes of the ports with my Move in the Sony gun attachment. I got some nostalgia chills from the sound effects which even date back to Time Crisis 1 such as the bullet impact sound, all in 5.1 surround sound! The arcade games are faithful widescreen high definition ports that live up to the Time Crisis name.
